Imogen Locke Dr Imogen Locke is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at the Royal Marsden Hospital specialising in radiotherapy treatment for breast and lung cancers. She qualified from St Bartholomew’s Medical School in 1994 and undertook specialist training in Clinical Oncology at the Royal Free, The Middlesex Hospital and The Royal Marsden. She undertook a period of research at the Institute of Cancer Research towards an MD thesis in Ductal Approaches to Risk assessment in BRCA 1 and 2 carriers. Dr Locke was appointed as a Consultant at the Royal Marsden in 2007. Her interests include improving the quality of breast radiotherapy and reducing unwarranted variation and has led 3 cycles of national breast radiotherapy audit on behalf of the RCR. She is the current Chair of the Radiotherapy Clinical Reference Group for NHS England providing clinical leadership for the Radiotherapy Transformation Programme.
